Performedi is my fractional business where I provide HR support to growing organizations that are not quite ready to hire full-time HR, but need the right talent processes to scale. I help build, launch, and facilitate performance management, talent reviews, succession planning, and promotions.

I have spent more than 25 years in HR across talent Management, compensation, M&A, leadership development, business HR, and recruiting.
